syncthing: usa el servicio de sistema syncthing@usuario

systemctl enable --global (servicio de usuario) depende del login gráfico
y a menudo no arranca; syncthing@$INSTALL_USER lo levanta al boot y escucha
en 127.0.0.1:8384. Sin el silenciado para que un fallo se vea.
