Limpia basura de runtime colada en el commit anterior

El socket unix de la sesión ibus y la telemetría de Go no son
configuración (cambian cada arranque/uso), así que no deben vivir en
un repo git. Añade ambas rutas a .chezmoiignore para que no vuelvan
a colarse en un chezmoi add futuro.
