plasmoids: añade commandoutput y codexbar al tracking

Ambos ya estaban puestos en un panel real pero no viajaban a la otra
máquina -- detectado en la misma auditoría que quitó claudeusageswitcher
y tt.launchpadPlasma (sin usar). Sin esto, una reinstalación desde
arch-setup dejaría el panel sin estos dos widgets.
