Sincroniza dotfiles con el estado real de la máquina

chezmoi re-add de lo que había divergido (VSCode, tema GTK/KDE, dolphin,
konsole, kwin, plasma, ssh config) + chezmoi add de kxkbrc, kscreenlockerrc
y Kvantum, que estaban en el allowlist de capture-kde.sh pero nunca se
habían añadido.
