Vendoriza el esquema KDE Catppuccin Mocha Blue (.colors)

catppuccin/kde reestructuró el repo y la URL del .colors da 404. En vez de
bajarlo en cada arranque, se renderiza Mocha Blue de la plantilla Base.colors
y se versiona aquí; chezmoi lo deja en ~/.local/share/color-schemes y el
oneshot lo aplica con plasma-apply-colorscheme. Sin red, determinista.
